The Future of Work and Company Culture

The last few years have had a large impact on working life and business structures. Many companies are tackling these changes in different ways.

In this Video Conversation with HR Leaders, Executive Advisor Frieder Rummel speaks with Martin Barner, Head People & Organization Operations and Digital Solutions at Sandoz, a division of Novartis, about the cultural changes that they have undergone.

Martin joined Novartis in 2014 as part of the Corporate Strategy team in Basel and moved into HR for the first time in 2016 as Sandoz Head HR Strategy & Program Management Office.

Prior to Novartis, he started his career in McKinsey & Company and has since worked for several companies in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries in both global, regional and local roles across a variety of functions, including Strategy, Marketing, Sales and Finance.
