The HR Director UAE and Saudi Arabia is a pivotal leadership role that will ideally be based from Saudi Arabia. It requires excellent understanding of the intricacies and challenges of the Middle East consumer markets, specifically UAE and Saudi Arabia itself. This is a very much strategic opportunity in a fast-moving and sometimes chaotic environment. Demanding stakeholders will require a sharp-thinker and a strong communicator, with commercial awareness and collaboration skills.
The ideal individual will have at least 12 years of well-rounded generalist HR experience. Technical excellence and prior success in navigating a matrix (both strategically and operationally) environment will be key. Strong executive presence is expected as is the adaptability to work in a transforming team and two very visible geographies.
