The Company

Our client is a global manufacturing company – an innovative and international business with a growth trajectory that has a strong presence in more than 15 countries. The company is looking for an HR Director DACH to further drive strategic HR partnership with business and operational excellence.

The Role

Reporting to the Vice President HR in Europe, the HR Director, DACH will manage a team of five HR business partners. The position requires navigating works council dynamics, driving harmonisation, and shaping organisational structures in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior stakeholders, managing a team of HR Business Partners, driving talent strategies, and executing change management initiatives.

The Individual

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field, with over 10 years of HR leadership experience, including expertise in Employee and Labour Relations and managing works councils. They should have a proven track record in driving large-scale growth, and leading HR in fast-paced sectors. Strong analytical skills, fluency in German and English, and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals are essential. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills are key, along with adaptability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
