We are delighted to work with one of the top business conglomerates headquartered in India. We are helping them to appoint their talent acquisition lead for their group wide operations based in Mumbai.
Reporting to CHRO this position plays a pivotal role strategically positioned to interact extensively with the C-suite. The incumbent to the role will lead and manage a team of TA’s who provide strategic support to various businesses within the group for executive leadership hiring. They will also be responsible for the Early career program - this includes designing and implementing initiatives that attract, develop, and retain early career talent across the group. The role will also be responsible for developing and tracking groupwide talent acquisition KPIs, enabling data driven insights for stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making and optimise recruitment efforts. The position will work closely with other HR leaders and COE teams within the organisation to ensure a consistent and effective approach to talent acquisition function across the business.
To thrive in this position having a strong Talent Acquisition background working in a sizable or multi-national company is essential. Additionally, proven experience in leading TA teams with hands-on experience in senior executive leadership hiring and early career program management is crucial. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. You should also have a strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and identify opportunities to drive business results through TA initiatives.
