One of the market leaders in its field, our client is a global Financial Services organisation with diversified portfolios and a significant presence in APAC.

The Role

Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, APAC, this senior Total Rewards position will provide advice to the business and HR teams across the region. The role is responsible for planning, developing and implementing new and revised reward programs, policies and procedures to align with the company's goals and competitive practices. An expert in their field with strong partnership and stakeholder management skills, this position will ensure that company reward programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and market government regulations.

The Individual

We are looking for a strategic and progressive Total Rewards specialist with experience working in a global matrixed organisation. As this is a highly visible role, the ability to work collaboratively, build effective work relationships at all levels of the organisation, influence behaviour, and manage change are critical. Acting as a trusted advisor, the successful individual will be able to challenge ideas and processes in a constructive manner. As such, they would need to demonstrate strong stakeholder management and advisory skills to be successful in this role.
