Indian HR Leaders Discuss Talent Management and Development Trends in India and APAC

The Chapman Consulting Group last week hosted its Quarter One HR and APAC Update with our Indian HR Leader community across India.

Special guest speakers were HR Heads for India from IBM - Chandrasekhar Sripda, Eli Lilly - Sameer Bhariok and Accenture - Manoj Biswas. Their insights into some of the talent challenges and initiatives were shared with the group where questions and answers kept the session interactive and lively.

The discussion was chaired and facilitated by Ben Davies and Tim Rayner, with Matthew Chapman sharing his latest observations in HR trends from The Chapman Consulting Group's perspective.
