Shell APAC Team Hears The Chapman Consulting Group's Predictions on Top HR Trends For Quarter One

Matthew Chapman, CEO of The Chapman Consulting Group, joined more than 100 members of Shell's regional HR team last Thursday for a webcast discussion on top HR trends across APAC.

Participants heard about the rapid internationalisation of HR positions across countries in the region, in terms of more country HR leaders being pulled into regional and global decision making.

Matthew Chapman spoke about the growing number of global HR projects and roles starting to come into Asia as a result of greater world economic focus on the region, as well as improved supplies of elite HR talent now sitting in the region.
