Philip Loh joined ChapmanCG in 2012 as an analyst and now leads the Market Insights Team (MIT) in Singapore, providing the consulting team with comprehensive HR reporting and insights. In collaboration with the research team, MIT supports recruiters in identifying top HR talent for senior HR executive roles. Philip is responsible for leading MIT data enhancement and quality assurance initiatives, ensuring that our client and candidate information systems remain accurate, reliable and continually evolving.
Before joining ChapmanCG, Philip worked in an educational institute where he supported Senior Executive Officers in translating articles and publishing reading materials and supported the organisation of workshops and events. Philip holds a Diploma in Chinese Studies, graduating from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore. An avid reader and writer, he enjoys regularly creating content for his micro-blog. In his spare time, he writes reviews, accompanied by photos, of his favourite ramen restaurants and the many books he reads.
