Globalisation of a Japanese Company

Mercari is an eCommerce company that recently expanded into the United States. Prior to joining Mercari two years ago, Tatsuo started his career with Proctor & Gamble and then moved to GE where he worked in Japan and regional APAC HR roles over a 17-year career.
