ChapmanCG was hosted at GSK’s office in London for insightful discussions around innovations in employee engagement and customising the employee experience. For this current hot topic, we were joined by HR leaders from BP, Genpact, IBM, Mercer, Pearson and UTC to name a few. Our session emphasised the importance that today’s organisations need to attract, retain and develop top talent, foster engaging corporate cultures, and connect the right people to work effectively. HR and business leaders must collaborate to prioritise employee experience and engagement within their organisations. Innovations in employee engagement is especially important in this agile and digital era where employees have multiple platforms to share their views.
